When I saw these cookie cutters... I just had to have them. How cute (and funny)!!!
I used regular rolled sugar cookie dough, rolled to 1/4" thickness. Stamp the design first, then flip the cookie stamp over and use the cutter side to cut out the little man shape. I was able to fit about 6 cookies per cookie sheet.
Use a thin powdered sugar icing to pipe the skeletal design onto the cookie once cooled... (I put the icing into a ziploc bag, then cut off a very small corner of the bag to make an easy disposable piping bag/tip).
I really like that the cookie cutter and stamper are in one piece - less pieces to store (and lose).

Just as you see. You can make the skeletons for Halloween as well as regular gingers for Christmas. One suggestions about stamping & cutting out the skeleton, you may want to stamp a light outline of the gingerbread shape on the dough first, then stamp in the skeleton, then go back & use the light outline so you know where to line up the cutter for the final cutout.

Love this cookie cutter! Came in perfect condition and on time. Very excited to use it for Christmas and for Halloween. I'll make gingerbread men for Christmas and skeletons for Halloween. Will be fun!
